- A compassionate, calm, and resourceful professional with a strong commitment to mental health care and community service.
- Experience working in behavioral health or social services, especially in field-based or crisis response settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, including police, EMS, and community partners.
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills, with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
