The European Co-Responder Conference is the first dedicated international forum bringing together first responders, behavioral health professionals, researchers, policymakers, and leaders to advance co-response models across Europe and beyond. Taking place in Limerick, Ireland, a city leading in co-response initiatives through the innovative CAST program, this event offers a platform to share new evidence, operational insights, and creative models that combine emergency services with mental health professionals. The conference will be hosted at the Gardens International. Through keynote presentations, practitioner panels, and interactive sessions, the conference will foster meaningful dialogue, strengthen cross-national partnerships, and accelerate the development of effective, humane responses to people in crisis.
