Submission Instructions

To complete your submission, you will need your bio, bios for any co-presenters, contact information, the title of your session, presentation summary (1,500 characters max), three learning objectives, and an overview video (described below). You may submit up to three presentations for review.

Video Overview Instructions

Treat this as your trailer - tell us what topic you’re tackling, key takeaways for the audience, and why attendees can't miss it. If your presentation is selected, this video will be featured directly on the conference schedule so attendees can preview your talk.

Video Guidelines

1. Duration: no more than 60 seconds.
2. Format: unlisted YouTube YouTube Unlisted Instructions or Vimeo link Vimeo Instructions (please make sure it is not private or password protected)
3. Framing and Audio: Head and shoulders or waist up framing. Well-lit space. Ensure clear audio with minimal background noise.

Content

1. The Hook: Introduce yourself and state the main topic your session addresses.
2. The Takeaways: Outline 2-3 key insights or practical tools attendees will walk away with.
3. The Pitch: Explain why someone should choose your talk.
