Overview
SummitStone Health Partners has an exciting opportunity for a Crisis Mental Health Therapist, Co-Responder with Larimer County Sheriff's Office.
- Co-Responder Primary Response Model-Crisis Intervention/screening/assessment/triage/on-site, brief treatment/linking to follow-up
- Paired Team includes mental health therapist and deputy sheriff (specially trained and selected) for Mental Health Co-Responder Unit.
