Mesa County Behavioral Health is seeking a well-qualified Clinician as a member of the newly created Mesa County Clinical Team. This position performs a variety of clinical duties to support community behavioral health needs including 911 dispatch, law enforcement Co-Response, community service providers, and other first responders. As a member of Mesa County Clinical Teams, clinicians must be able to effectively respond to, provide, manage, and coordinate professional mental health services and system support services including initial de-escalation, assessment, clinical intervention, and secondary collaboration to support individuals and families who are experiencing a behavioral health related emergency. This position will work closely and in collaboration with the Multi-Agency Collaboration (MAC) Team, providing community based follow-up and support for shared participants.
