Program Administrator and Case Manager positions are currently open with the Pitkin Area Co-responder Teams (PACT) based in beautiful Pitkin County (Aspen), Colorado.
Our program partners with three Pitkin County law enforcement agencies, providing co-response in the field and follow up to residents and visitors to the county who may be referred by law enforcement or other community partners.

3+ years experience as a Supervisor or Lead in department or function.

5+ years progressively responsible experience in area of expertise.

Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in Public Health, Mental Health, or Social Work preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
The PACT field team is also seeking a Case Manager, who supports clients referred by the PACT clinicians. This position works for Mind Springs Health and receives a 20% field team bonus paid quarterly with a $2,500 sign on bonus. More info and apply here.
Position qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in human services or related field. Bachelor’s degree in a non-related field may perform the functions of this position only if they have one year experience in a behavioral healthcare field. Previous experience with substance abuse and mental health-related case management and treatment preferred. Minimum of two (2) years human service related experience preferred. Current valid Colorado Driver’s License required. Certified Addiction Specialist is strongly preferred.
