UCHealth is looking to hire a co-responder that will be embedded with Fort Collins Police Services.

What makes UCHealth coresponse positions different from others?

    - Flexible schedule with good hours ⏰

    - Comprehensive onboarding training and support so you feel confident out of the gate.

    - Amazing continuing education opportunities that pay up to 100% of tuition UP FRONT so you don’t have to deal with the reimbursement process. Looking to get another degree? We can help!

    - PSLF support to help you navigate what can be a confusing process for loan forgiveness. UCHealth partners with a service, Savi, to provide employees a case manager to guide and manage the entire PSLF process for you - free of charge.

    - Ongoing training and support for professional development.

    - Supportive team environment

    - One of the best pay rates for clinicians, not to mention annual raises and bonuses

    - Benefits are top notch, such as healthcare and retirement matching

    - Excellent leadership that’s dialed in to the program and supportive

    - We have relationships with several brands and local businesses offering discounts to UCHealth providers.

    - Walk away from your shifts at the end of each day seeing the difference you’ve made. From diverting people away from jails and hospitals, to literally saving lives, to connecting with people and families after the crisis and seeing how they are doing. We take a team approach, so you’re never alone on scene or when making decisions.

    - Did I mention no treatment plans, intakes, or discharge summaries? Just write up your note and you’re good to go.

    - Working with first responders may seem intimidating, but it’s really not. You become part of a family, they value our expertise, and support us.

And last, but certainly not least, you’ll be part of a team that’s leading the way in the field of coresponse by providing site visits for other agencies to learn how we built The Fort Collins Model, as well as trainings and presentations. It’s a high performing team of fun people doing great work!
